Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mbi444 ("Platform", "We"). By visiting, accessing, registering or using any part of the mbi444 website, you expressly agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document along with any policies or guidelines referenced herein.

Account Registration and Member Eligibility

To register as an mbi444 member, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Hold a valid identity card (MyKad) or other valid identification document
• Provide personal information that is accurate, complete and current during registration
• Not be on the list of individuals excluded from gambling activities
• Act on your own behalf and not on the instructions or interests of a third party
• Understand and accept that gambling carries the risk of losing money

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account with mbi444. Multiple account registrations by the same individual is a serious violation and may result in the cancellation of all related accounts and forfeiture of all existing balances.

mbi444 reserves the right at any time to request additional identity verification. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified period may result in a temporary restriction or permanent closure of the account in question.

Password and Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your mbi444 account password confidential. Ensure your password is strong, unique and not shared with anyone. mbi444 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in protecting your login credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

mbi444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or the equivalent at the current rate for cryptocurrency payments.

The minimum amounts set for each payment method are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes

All deposited funds must be used for gaming activities on the mbi444 platform. mbi444 reserves the right to reject a withdrawal request if the wagering requirements related to a bonus have not been met, or if there is suspicious activity requiring further investigation.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

mbi444 offers various promotions and bonuses to new and existing members. The available welcome bonus is a first deposit bonus of 200% up to RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Examples of wagering requirement calculations that must be met:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → account balance RM300 → wagering requirement: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000
• Deposit RM600 → bonus RM500 → account balance RM1,100 → wagering requirement: RM500 × 20 = RM10,000

mbi444 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate promotions — including multiple account registrations, use of automated software or coordination with other members — will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

VIP Programme and Cashback

mbi444 members are eligible to join a tiered VIP programme that offers weekly cashback rewards. There are three VIP tiers in this programme:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

VIP tier upgrades are based on gaming activity and member loyalty on the platform. mbi444 will assess upgrade eligibility periodically. Cashback credited to a VIP account is subject to usage conditions that will be stated at the time of crediting.

Game Rules and Member Conduct

All mbi444 members are required to act fairly, honestly and responsibly while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Use of bot software, automated scripts or any third-party tools to influence game outcomes
• Collusion or unauthorised cooperation between members in multiplayer games
• Attempts to exploit any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities
• Use of funds obtained from illegal activities for deposit purposes
• Any form of fraud, identity falsification or provision of false information
• Using another person's account without permission or registering on behalf of another person

mbi444 uses advanced monitoring technology to detect any unauthorised activity on the platform. Any winnings obtained through illegitimate means are void and will be forfeited.

Account Closure and Suspension

mbi444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member without prior notice if a breach of these terms and conditions occurs. In cases of account closure due to a violation, mbi444 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any balances and bonuses in the account in question.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once a brief review is completed.
